Our fees for the preparation and submission of immigration applications are comprehensive and cover the following:
- The necessary documents involved in your immigration matter
- Consultations and conferences with our clients
- Obtaining instructions and providing advice
- Free initial consultation for half an hour for all immigration matters
- Preparation and submission of the application
Our Services Include:
- Detailed assessment of your circumstances to determine the most appropriate application and explore alternative options available to you
- Providing you with a list of required documents for your application
- Advising you on the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria
- Assisting you in understanding the application process and any potential challenges

- Preparing and submitting your application on your behalf, with an estimated time commitment of approximately 10 hours

Time Frame for Immigration Applications:
The duration of the work involved in your case will depend on various factors, including:
- The amount of supporting evidence and documents to be considered
- Obtaining any missing documents from the relevant departments

- Whether you are applying with dependents

Disbursements Not Included:
Disbursements are additional costs payable to third parties, such as Home Office Visa fees, IHS surcharges, translation costs, interpreter fees, medical reports, and psychiatric reports. These expenses are not included in our quoted fees as they vary based on the specific requirements of your case. We handle the payment of disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smooth process.

Costs for Leave to Remain Applications:
Our fixed fees for an initial Leave to Remain application range from £1,000 plus VAT for Grade D fee earners (Paralegals or Trainee solicitors) to £2,000 plus VAT. Additional fees of approximately £350 plus VAT per applicant will apply for each additional family member included in the application.
Please note that VAT and disbursements are not included in our fees. For more detailed information, please refer to the above section.
The specific circumstances of your application can affect our fees. Factors such as first-time applications or extensions, complex situations involving medical issues, criminal convictions, personal complexities, language considerations, supporting documents or witnesses, potential Home Office interviews, and the need for fast-tracked or premium applications may result in adjusted fees. We will provide an estimate based on our hourly rates, taking into account any additional work required.

At Max Law, we offer fixed fees for handling motoring offences. Below are the estimated amounts payable for our services:
The work involved in your case will include:

- Recommending whether an exceptional hardship or special reasons argument should be made, if applicable
- Representation at a single hearing
The estimated time spent on preparation and representation is approximately 3 hours. Our fixed rate for this service is £450 plus VAT. Please note that the following additional work is not included in this fee:
- Instruction of any expert witnesses (approximately 1 hour)
- Expert fees (£330-1,050 plus VAT)
- Taking statements from witnesses (approximately 1-1 hour 45 minutes per witness)
- Advice and assistance for special reasons hearings (approximately 1 hour)

Our fixed fee charges for motoring offences range from £1,850 to £3,000. For a guilty plea in a drunk driving offence, the fixed fee is £2,000 plus VAT.
The fee includes:
- 2 hours of attendance and preparation

- Attendance and representation at a single hearing at the Magistrates Court
